English Spot - Tyler - Medium - Adult - Female - Rabbit
Tyler is a special English Spot. It is a miracle that Tyler is with us. He, along with several other rabbits, were confiscated from a home where they lived in squalor. Tyler was picked on by several other male rabbits as well as having to deal with the occasional pig and hen. Tyler came to us very traumatized and painfully withdrawn. It has taken us a year to get him to come out and play in the playroom. For many months he would sit without moving in the exact spot we would sit him down. After lots of love and patience, Tyler is coming into his own. He has had his wellness exam and has been neutered. We even waited for an unusually long time before putting him through the stress of surgery due to his delicate emotional condition. Tyler came through like a trooper! Tyler loves to cuddle but prefers to play to himself with us looking on from a distance. We feel this will continue to improve once he has the benefit of one-on-one attention he so desperately needs that we do not have the time to give. Tyler is well on his way and with much deserved love and tenderness will continue to improve.
